Join OFMQ and MyHealth Access Network for our upcoming HIE Connect Event December 3rd 3-6 at Tellers in the National building downtown OKC. During this event Long-Term Care healthcare providers can discover how Oklahoma’s Health Information Exchange (HIE) can streamline continuity of care, access to resident data, and improve care coordination.

The OkDCN ECHO projects are a collaborative model of virtual education programming for professional and family caregivers, especially in rural and tribal communities, to provide speciality geriatric care to more people, right where they live.
