About Tyler Sparkman
Tyler Sparkman, PhD, is a licensed health service psychologist. He strives to provide patient-centered care that involves a personalized treatment plan and utilizes evidenced-based practices. Dr. Sparkman has received specialized training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Psychosis, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. He earned both his bachelor’s degree and his master’s degree at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK. Dr. Sparkman then earned his doctoral degree in counseling psychology at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. After completing his post-doctoral fellowship, Dr. Sparkman became an assistant professor within the Department of Psychiatry at the OU-TU School of Community Medicine in Tulsa, OK, where he supervises residents and provides seminars on psychotherapy.
