Dr. Hamilton was not prepared to answer our questions and do not review the chart prior to the visit. The recommendations she offered were unacceptable based on the history.

My issue with the provider is she doesn't know why she has a problem and doesn't seem to care what the why is, only that it probably won't lead to being medicated. I'm fine with not medicating, I want to know WHY. Why not an echo? Why not something else other than another holter to shrug and say I don't know? My heart doesn't spike over 150 randomly. It's not happening every day because something is exciting. She is watching tv and being relaxed and it's spiking. Without the why, how do I know if she needs to come back if everyone's answer is I don't know. Try another test.
