I wish the care physicians would take more time to explain things and be available for questions. I feel like every time I come they are rushing to leave the room once they finish and many times I feel like the options weren't properly explained

I have spent converted amount of effort researching and educating myself about this process and outcomes. I did not learn anything new in the first visit.

She was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with the best explanation of my issues that I've ever received. She was very detailed, realistic and a pleasure. She was professional yet it didn't make me nervous to be there. I felt safe to ask any questions and left feeling positive.
