About Taha Al-Juhaishi

Taha Al-Juhaishi, M.D., is a hematologist-oncologist at OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center in Oklahoma City. He specializes in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and cellular therapies, including CAR-T cell therapy, with a focus on hematologic malignancies like lymphoma, multiple myeloma and leukemia.

Dr. Al-Juhaishi earned his Doctor of Medicine from Weill Cornell Medicine in Qatar. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. He further specialized with a fellowship in Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapies at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Al-Juhaishi serves as an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He is also the associate director of the Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and Cell Therapy Program and the associate program director for the Hematology and Oncology Fellowship. In addition to direct patient care, Dr. Al-Juhaishi enjoys advancing medicine as a clinical investigator conducting different kinds of research.
