  I feel like the staff treated me more of a customer than anything else. They made sure I was, I had everything I needed and I would say every everyone nurses doctors even the food service was very patient-centric and it was we we can't stop talking enough about how well the care we received was.

  well- I"m not an easy patient and I sell real estate and I spend more time explaining the loan process than the doc spent telling me what was going on and why- the day of surgery I didn't get to eat- (before OR after) sometimes I'd wait 2 HOURS for a glass of water after asking,,,then the nurses would say- Oh you're dehydrated-- (yup I was) - they were busy- I get it but food and water should be near the top of the list for comfort. Why 4 AM for xrays ? --- when doc visited me he just looked at monitor and walked out- a little insight ? a little explanation ? I mean he might be great- but how do we know ? a little more communication would be super nice.

  Everyone was very nice there an concern. I felt very comfortable.

  I felt important to the staff. They took me right in and took care of me.
