  I was not happy that my child had a syringe shoved down his throat while he was sleeping then when he woke up crying a pacifier was shoved down his throat. Also the fact they was trying to bottle feed him while he was laying flat on his back with his head up in bed and he was choking. I'm a first time mom and I know better.

  Overall, our stay was pleasant and my child received quality care. We were treated with kindness and respect.
