Communication between the doctors and nurses wasn't very good, some days. The fact that it's a training hospital and you have a different doctor, every week is very frustrating.

I had to advocate for my child constantly to make sure he was being treated with care. I couldn't leave my child because I didn't trust to leave my child with the nurses. My husband and I took shifts and were exhausted. I had to protect my baby 24/7. It was a truly awful and traumatizing experience.

All of the nurses and the staff at OU medical were very helpful and made us feel very confident that our child was getting the best care and we were just very, very pleased.

I love the way the doctor over there and the nurses to take care of the kids, and they really make the place the room clean and everything. And the one thing I don't...I don't really...understand the communication between the doctor and the nurses. Like some...like sometimes, we didn't...they would ask you to come over there and get this (INAUDIBLE). We didn't receive any, you know, any notice about (INAUDIBLE). So, that's all I have.
