We were lied to when discharged we were told my son was going into a behavioral facility for inpatient care and instead in was only short term which was not what was discussed and told to us and was not what was needed for his care and safety for him and others. This isn't the first time something like this has happened at this facility…he's been missed diagnosed countless times and we've been lied to so many times…if there was some place else within our distance that we could take our children to for care than we would.

Provider was the best pediatrician we've seen at OU Peds clinic. She listened and was very polite. She also didn't pressure me into anything, or try to scare us like the last provider. The only bad part about my experience is the unprofessional front desk staff. The young lady that checked us in was rude to a patient when she came up to the counter while she was helping me. Also when I forgot my wallet and therefore didn't have payment she called a supervisor in the back and told her. I heard the supervisor rudely say "she didn't bring her wallet!??" Honestly if I didn't think my son needed to be seen I would've left right then and there. That experience SOLIDIFIED that I need to find another pediatrician for my children. The savings grace of the appointment was the nurse and doctor. Front desk staff and their supervisor need additional training because how they interact with patients can effect how the rest of the visit goes... and they clearly don't know how to treat people.
