  Everything was great at my visit, but the carpet seemed really dirty and if you're doing physical therapy, sometimes you need to get down on the floor and I just would think that the carpet would need to be clean more often. There were spots on the carpet and some debris and it just looks like it hadn't been vacuumed to very much.

  I used him before, it's been several years and I was just astounded at how much he still remembered about me that wouldn't be on the record. I was very impressed.
