About Rene McNall-Knapp

Rene McNall-Knapp, MD is a pediatric hematologist-oncologist with the Jimmy Everest Center at Oklahoma Children's Hospital OU Health in Oklahoma City.

Dr. McNall has been at Oklahoma Children’s Hospital since 2001 and specializes in the care of patients with brain and CNS tumors. She is also in charge of the oncology clinical research for the team. Special passions are use of targeted therapy and personalized medicine as well as ensuring every patient regardless of who they are and where they come from gets access to the best possible care.

Dr. McNall is also a mom and has been a foster mom of several children with cancer. She loves being outside digging in the dirt or exploring new and exciting places. A goal is to visit all the national parks and every continent someday. She also likes to bake and knit.

    Don't have have p patience sitting in the waiting room too long when you go in the back and wait for the doctor we wait over 45 minutes for her to come check for 5min and say see him next visit

    Sarah the nurse in radiology was outstanding! My son has medical anxiety and she was very calming for him. He wants her every time he has to have an MRI.

    The staff was amazing . And helped us get ready for the for my son chemo .

    The medical staff was great. However, the food service staff at the cafeteria was not very polite.
