Excellent baby care. Everything was very good. They treated him well, and provided care as long as was necessary.

Some of the nurses were great, but majority of them didn't seem like they cared. I visited multiple times to find my baby uncared for properly and was treated like I was incompetent multiple times by multiple nurses. There was a male doctor that was great with us and I felt comfortable with him caring for my child but the female doctor that transferred her out was rude and condescending when I would ask questions. 0/10 recommend this nicu. We were also made to feel unwelcome when we would come and visit on most occasions. And the fact that we discovered multiple times that nurses were giving my Child formula instead of my pumped breast milk "out of convenience" as they told me really bothers me and I fully believe that it helped to contribute to her development of NEC after these encounters. I would never choose to deliver or have my child be an inpatient at this facility again.
