During our visit, the nurse and her assistant botched my daughter's IV, and it was her very first one. She's four. I was not asked nor included in the process of them placing this IV. So blood got all over her clothing. Blood got all over the bench or seat, the medical chair that they sit on, and my daughter was screaming and cried for like an hour afterwards. It made me feel absolutely horrible, like I had abandoned my child because I was not actively a part of that situation to help a parent can calm their child. I was an asset, and I should have been utilized.

The nurses and the staff were amazing! So sweet and amazing with my girls! I would give the nurses and the staff over a 10. We have never been treated that way with nurses. They were awesome
