    We were instructed schedule a FU appt with Leslie Chandler for results of tests at the ENT office. Leslie seemed to have very little to no knowledge of the results. She asked us three times what we were told by ENT and we indicated that our instructions were to schedule an appointment with her. We were able to convince her to order add'l PT. However, to date it has not been sent to the in home provider. Very disappointing and frustrating.
