Dr. Belfield and both him and his resident were both very helpful, very informative, explained my daughter's heart situation very thoroughly. The check-in staff was great and very helpful. The nurse and the sonographer were also great. So we had a great experience and we will refer patients there.

From the very beginning everyone was so nice. The sweet lady that set us up the appointment went above and beyond. The doctor was involved in getting good pictures on my daughters echo. The doctor was extremely thorough and doing everything to get answers without having to do any unnecessary testing. The techs were amazing in making my daughter as comfortable as possible. Absolutely wonderful staff all around and so extremely helpful and understanding.

The provider has always done a great job being my son's doctor and we've always gotten in and out of our appointments very quickly. But this latest appointment took a very long time. Our appointment was at 9:30 we were there at 9:15 and we did not end up leaving the facility until noon, making me late for work.

Getting in touch with someone at OU is absolutely AWFUL! I can't even leave a voicemail for the nurse!!! DRASTIC improvements need to be made with answering the phones, getting in touch with your doctor and/or nurse. If I called my child's nurse at her previous cardiology office, the nurse either answered the phone OR called me back quickly when I left her a message. I'v seen NUMEROUS parents complain online about OU's phone service (or rather lack there of) It is extremely difficult to schedule appointments, get ahold of someone or get a call back. I have complained about this for several years now and absolutely NOTHING has improved. My child's own physician has had me email complaints so he can forward those on to the appropriate people. That has not helped. Being able to make an appointment, or reach the nurse should NOT be so difficult!!! Do better!!! Our physician had to give us his personal cell # because there have been numerous times that I can not get anyone to answer a phone or call me back. That is ridiculous!
