  I was not told it was a group application. I though 8t was a private television, originating from mychart, not a zoom conference call. I reviewed emails and texts asking me to contact in mychart. It did not start on time due to this confusion. It's also confusing when there are different rules regarding what type of insurance an individual has. Follow up apps aren't scheduled timely and communicate is difficult with the actual office itself. Hoping it improves soon since there seems to be a lot of turn over with employees and the way the program is run.
