  After waiting for over an hour, I had less than 2 minutes with Dr. Beckman. I was there for a routine annual appointment, so I recognize that I don't need much time. However, to be kept waiting for that long and have no reason given, and barely any interaction with the physician, was disappointing.

  Dr Beckman listened to my concerns and explained everything in great detail. She offered options and explained each one in terms that I could understand.
