The physical exam was thorough, both doctors listened to my 10 year old carefully and interacted with him appropriately. I am impressed and very pleased the way the doctors went over his medical file, lab results, and the explanation they provided for the problem he is having. And the after visit notes! Those are the best notes from any doctors' visits I or my children ever had.
