They don't have the records of my other visits to other doctors. Somehow that has information has not gotten into their system. So I'm going to have to change providers because the records are not complete.

I've been very impressed with the medical care I've received at OU Physician Center. They have multiple doctors come in and talk to me during the same visit and I feel like that they do care about my well-being and they are trying to get me on the right track to take better care of myself. Thank you.

The doctor visit was great. My issues started after. My child's antibiotic prescription never got get to the pharmacy. It's been 24 hours, I've called the office twice. Once I was told the chart notes weren't done yet and the prescription would be sent when the notes are completed. Called again and was told a nurse would call me back. That has yet to happen. It's now been over 24 hours since our appointment and still no medication.
