Dr. Butt was friendly and spent a lot of time discussing with me my medical concerns and possible causes and treatments. (She forwarded me an article about one of the medications she perscribed.) I was exceptionally pleased with how well she made me feel "heard" and how well she communicated her medical knowledge about my medical concerns and care.
