  Hi, I just want to say that my nurse that was over me that day, she was very kind and welcoming and informative. I don't know, I think like we didn't go over ways to like care for myself at home, so I'm pretty sure that's like eating more like ironed fish and foods and stuff, but anyway, that's it. Thank you. Bye-bye.

  Cafeteria workers for room service were less than pleasant on the phone and it took them 3 trips to deliver 4 meals ordered at the same time. Everyone else was more than kind and happy to help! Over all experience was good!

  Listened to everything we said and asked. Explained things well. Knew my child's interests and related to her. Super personal.

  I appreciate the attention paid to keeping the kids comfortable both the patient and siblings. My son enjoyed the interactions with his nurses. They were friendly and playful. My son was in the hospital for 6 days and we appreciated the activities available on the 10th floor to make their stay more comfortable.
