  We were there for over 5 hrs & was told numerous times that there was only 2 people in front of us. It was bologna, nobody ever helped us, so we left. I went to integris & was seen & had x-rays in under 1/2hr.

  Our provider did not show for appointment. She had an emergency but we were not notified prior to appointment. We waited in lobby for an hour before I had to ask what the issue/delay was.
