  I think it could be improved, just on hearing a response back I was told by the doctor at our visit that I would receive a confirmation in a few days on his blood test whether or not my son, actually had the condition that we were there to test for and several weeks past and I had not heard anything. So I called back to see if they had received test results, the nurse called me back and said it was busy throughout the holidays that I should hear something soon, but I still have not received any information so that would be my only frustration is just that I had received this evaluation which everything was great except for we still, don't haven't heard anything on his blood test and the reason why we came in for a visit back in December,

  I was a bit concerned because the staff member that introduced the IV needle in the arm of the patient broke at least one the sterile procedure. They made a hole in the finger of the glove to feel the vein and performed the injection. There was a second person handling the syringe/needle/tubbing and they were not wearing gloves.

  All my nurses was really nice. The anesthesiologist, the PA and the doctors were really nice. My only problem was, I have been a foster Mother since 2012, and I was asked if I had my guardianship papers with me, I don't know why. The question was asked I'm the adopted mother. Sorry. Anyway, it was just weird that I was asked that and expected to have my papers after this many years and that was the only thing I had a problem with and really couldn't get a answer (INAUDIBLE) being asked. Thank you.
