It was alright. They kept me for 7 hours, just to try to remove my gallbladder when it wasn't necessary. It felt that they were after the insurance money instead of my health. They didn't offer me any other choice, but to remove my gallbladder only. I denied the surgery. Only my nurse at the time help me get some answers and antibiotics. She was very kind and caring.

There was a lady who would answer my call light pretty often and she had an accent. She didn't seem to listen to me very well and seemed bothered that I needed help. I would ask for help and then a nurse tech or someone would almost immediately come in to do something else when I need pain medicine or nausea medicine. Though my nurses did a great job when they knew what I needed.

I plan to put together more information and hope that you will make changes so that others don't have an experience like mine. You have a duty to provide better care and it breaks my heart to see what is actually happening firsthand.
