  Wait times were horrible and I was told it would be a thirty minute wait, we waited for an hour and a half causing my child's appointment to take three hours instead of one. The registration woman that sat on the left was also extremely rude.

  The staff drawing blood were great with my son. He dislikes needles so much and they made the experience easy and made my child feel relaxed and safe. I'm so thankful for these amazing ladies.
