I would definitely look at some of the paperwork they have us fill out. It asks what your gender is but the options are male/female. This makes the mistake of conflating sex with gender, and could be confusing for some of your transgender patients.

Yes, I do wish for my comments to be private or anonymous. I did not get to see Dr. Austin Hoffheim. I received a link to log on to my virtual appointment and I did so. I then proceeded to sit 20 minutes with him never connecting. After that, my phone rang and his secretary called to tell me that he would be running late but that he would send me the link when he was ready to have his appointment with me. So I wasn't important enough to see at a proper time and I wasn't even important enough for anyone to follow up with me to call back and reschedule another appointment. This of course is extremely frustrating since I am a long time patient
