Our experience with all the staff that treated our daughter was overwhelmingly positive. In what was an extremely difficult time, I felt the nurses and doctors treated her with the utmost care, and us as parents with compassion and kindness. I can't say enough how grateful we are for care we received.

The service and education of the parents I think that the staff was great. Exceptional with the coordination, with the education classes, the social worker coordinating with getting us into the Ronald McDonald House. The food and beverage for the parents, while we're taking care of the kids in the NICU I think that was excellent. However, we did have some small issues that we encountered throughout the care of our babies. Initially, there was a concern on the night shift with a doctor and our babies not pooping, but he didn't really communicate in a way that we could understand the gravity of the situation or the we didn't have a clear understanding*

The only thing that I have -2 say, it's Abby. Parent menu, which would be the I guess menu in a room was seriously lacking so those of us who say they're all the time so as a missed, you parents who was in hospital all day every day. They offered one biscuit for breakfast is ridiculous, as much as the insurance paid to cover that. We have an able to have proper food.
