Our child was diagnosed with Leukemia and admitted to floor 10 immediately. While there we absolutely felt cared for and heard. The nurses and doctors of the West Nurses station were fantastic!

My daughter was prescribed, the wrong medicine. And it was only because the pharmacy tried to order from a specially thing that we figured out that the very common antibiotic, she was supposed to get was instead called in as a specialty, heavy metal cleanse type medicine that's used in hospital therapies. It was a significant mistake. It was very scary as a parent and we are very angry. And Saturday it was'nt until the middle of the day or the afternoon that we were able to get the correct medicine. After we discovered the mistake, that could have harmed, our daughter. So we are not happy with your service.

I accidentally pressed a 1 for No, on the first question, and I meant to press a 4, I just wanted to let somebody know that. We were seen very promptly. So, that was my fault. Thank you.

Dr. Robertson was very kind and patient with my daughter who was scared to be examined. He was very understanding of her fears and was able to relate to her and help to relax.
