Now We're Cookin': Easy Grilled Shrimp
Are you looking to incorporate more seafood into your diet but don't know how to start? Kickoff summer with this easy grilled shrimp recipe that is less than 200 calories per serving.
Ingredients:
1 pound of jumbo shrimp, raw, peeled
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of paprika
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of dried basil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Cooking spray
Directions:
- Place the shrimp in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, mix well.
- Add the next 7 ingredients. Mix well.
- Heat grill to medium/high heat. Spray grill with cooking spray.
- Cook shrimp on grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side until they are pink and curly.
